A major part of both the supply of high quality premium wheels to car manufacturers (Automotive Division), as well as the global supply of design wheels in the aftermarket business (Accessory Division) exceeded previous year's quantities significantly. Based on these very good results in the first quarter and full order books UNIWHEELS expects a planned growth of 3-4% in the Automotive Division this year. Various new customer orders widened the current customer base even further to 22 different vehicle brands of automobile manufacturers. The Accessory Division managed to sell over 30% more wheels than the same period last year thanks to the newly structured Key Account Management as well as the very favourable weather conditions during spring. In particular, the enhanced UNIWHEELS B2B online shop is used by an increasing number of customers each month and is beneficial for both sides in terms of sales, efficiency and logistics. Therefore UNIWHEELS anticipates a fair overall growth of 10-15% in the Accessory Division this year.
