The driving force behind the positive result of the company was the divestment of HIB Group. At the Annual General Meeting of May 09, 2014 the financial statements 2013 of the company were presented and the payment of a dividend of EUR 10.00 per share was approved. Munich, May 12, 2014 - During the financial year 2013 total group revenues amounted to EUR 347m; aided by the acquisition of STS Acoustics in July of last year. Net income amounted to 26.6m (previous year: EUR 4.1m) mainly driven by the profitable sale of the restructured HIB-Group, a manufacturer of decorative parts for the premium segment in the automotive industry. At the Annual General Meeting of mutares AG, that took place on May 9, 2014 in Munich, all resolutions proposed by the administration were accepted with wide approval by the attending shareholders. The General Meeting approved to pay a dividend of EUR 10.00 per share. The dividend is composed of a basis dividend of EUR 0.85 and a bonus dividend of EUR 9.15. This reflects a distribution volume amounting to EUR 20.2m.
