The operating result rose by EUR 1.2 million year on year. Hence, within the first quarter adesso has already achieved 30% of the operating result forecast for the full year. The main growth factors were the dynamic development of the core business with consulting, customised software development and enterprise mobility in Germany, as well as major licence sales revenues with the in-house-developed, high-end content management system FirstSpirit. With capacity utilisation remaining average, this caused the operating EBITDA margin to rise to 7.2% (previously: 4.6%, full-year 2013: 5.7%) despite subsequent negative effects in Austria. Consolidated earnings came to EUR 1.3 million, up from EUR 0.7 million the previous year. Earnings per share amounted to EUR 0.20 (previously: EUR 0.13). As of the end of the quarter, adesso had liquid assets of EUR 18.5 million and net liquidity of EUR 13.7 million (previously: EUR 13.4 million).
