A two-person acquisition team will work the markets in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. These company acquisition specialists will cooperate closely with the London Office and with corporate headquarters in Munich. "We are delighted to have recruited these two renowned experts, Erik Bork and Joakim Notö, to step up our activities in the Scandinavian markets," said Donatus Albrecht, the AURELIUS Executive Board member responsible for transactions. The further regionalization of AURELIUS's footprint serves the purpose of intensifying the Group's contacts in highly promising markets. The current subsidiary brightONE once belonged to the Finnish Tieto Group. The Scotland-based specialty chemicals producer Calachem was purchased from the Finnish KemFine Group in 2010.
